Victor's Event Room

Victor's Event Room is an event, meeting, and seminar space within the historic Anderson Building in Grand Prairie, Texas. In association with the re-opening of the newly rennovated building, we created the website to market the building online and help their staff manage the leasing of the event room.

World-Class Photography

Our photography group took hundreds of photographs of the building, its amenities, and Victor's Event Room. We selected the best of the best of those to populate a unique photo gallery that is one of the centerpoints of the site.

Event Room Booking and Calendar

Two applications were created to help customers book the event room. The first is a pricing calculator that allows the customer to pre-select options for leasing the room and shows a total price to give them an idea of the costs involved. The customer selects the desired options and receives immediate feedback for the total price to match their budget.

The second is a calendar that shows what days and time slots the event room is available for booking. It is tightly integrated with the staff's Google Calendar so that they have no additional effort to update the website when the event room is booked on a certain day.
